Bündnerfleisch has been dried in the heights of the Bündner mountains for over 100 years. For the first time, we are doing this at 40,000 m.a.s.l. The Mission Crew will let a piece of Bündnerfleisch rise into the stratosphere to see if it gets even better. Learn more:
